Can't claim PMS (already tried multiple options)

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7328 (service UI shows that is not the latest version but it is!)

Hi!
So, I have a QNAP TS-451D2 where the PMS is running. However, I cannot claim it.
I’ve tried to reinstall it, ssh to it and call the post directly (which resolves in Internal Server Error) and claim it via the application running in ip:32400 (again, in the network tab, Internal Server Error).
I’ve checked the logs and this is what they state:

Jul 22, 2023 21:52:28.175 [139751895145272] DEBUG - [Req#c3/HCl#1f] HTTP requesting POST https://plex.tv/api/claim/exchange?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxzVb5MQ

My router has the UPnP enabled, the port forwarding automatically appeared there, and I’ve checked the DNS in the NAS and it is set to Google’s 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

I’ve searched the forum for solutions but none solved the issue.
What am I missing? I’m not that proficient in network stuff, maybe it is something really simple.

Thanks in advance.

There’s a QNAP example down at the bottom of that page

Hi! Thanks for the quick response.
So I’ve tried that and in running the script it gives me an error.

Please enter Plex Claim Token copied from http://plex.tv/claim : claim-******
Clearing Preferences.xml
Getting new credentials from Plex.tv
ERROR: Could not get credentials from plex.tv (Error: 7)

You seem to have some kind of network error going on. A quick search of the forum turned this up as a solution to the same problem on another QNAP
