Thanks for the response, unfortunately it doesn’t seem to make a difference. The only one of those I didn’t already have set was the “prefer secure connections” on the TV, the others were already set as you said. I’ve tried looking at the debug log but it’s very hard to find anything that’s to do …

Sadly not, I’ve just had to live with it. Trying a million permutations of settings is exhausting and nothing made a difference.

Are we sure that it’s a TLS issue? And if so, do we know what the issue actually is?

Just giving a bump here in the hopes of getting some attention - It’s been months now and still can’t get thumbnails to appear in Vidaa. The web and mobile clients work perfectly, just not on the smart TV.

Im having the same issue, Has anyone got a work around to this yet?

I’ve just got a new Vidaa TV and I’m seeing the same problem. I’ tried the network settings above but no luck, anybody else got any ideas? They work fine in the web app, on Kodi using PlexKodiConnect and on the Philips Android TV.

That’s really a pity.

i only use plex offline at home on a netgear readyNAS.
For those user-cases a login without TLS would be a fine thing…
