Thumbnails of TV series

Hi, can someone explain to me why for some time thumbnails in TV series stopped working on devices with android tv?
On the server they are generated next to each file, regardless of whether to a movie or TV series, on a computer (in a native application and in a browser) they display correctly, same as in the application on the smartphone (Android).

Is there any way to make them work again on Android tv?

Possible to take screenshot or cell phone pic of what you are seeing. There should be nothing that needs to be done. it just loads the images from server like every app.
