Tidal account not linked issue

Hi I am having the same problem that people have had on this forum in the past regarding Tidal and Account not linked message. I have tried everything recommended on the forums. nothing appears to work. Under my music i can still see tidal recommendations etc it is when i click online content - tidal… i get the error message (web app that is). On all of my iOS clients i get Tidal is currently Unavailable… Houston, we have a problem…when i click the tidal drop down, but if i look under my music artists i can see tidal albums etc. Any suggestions?

Did you buy the Tickets subscription through Plex or separately?

You could try to unlink the Tidal account and then re-link.

Thx for the suggestion. I bought via plex. Yes I have tried the link unlink think many times.

Do you use any web browser add-ons which do suppress online content?
(AdBlock, uBlock, NoScript, Ghostery etc.pp)
Have you tried a different web browser?
Or is the behaviour in other Plex client types the same? (at least those which do support Tidal officially, yet https://support.plex.tv/articles/an-intro-to-tidal-with-plex/ )

No i do not use any browser add-ons. Just tried chrome and no luck. i am using safari. Yes having similar issue on iPhone and Plex media player on a mac.

i am wondering if my server feeds the main tidal pages? corruption? re-install? or if it is a linking problem but i can still play tidal songs via the apps if i go to artists via my music etc.
