Tidal showing as Not Linked

I’ve been through the Plex settings to link my account to Tidal, it shows as linked in my Account Status, but when I try to actually access Tidal via plex, it just comes back telling me my account isn’t linked and giving me the ‘learn more’ link around how to do it. A link which just takes me to my account, Other Services page that confirms it IS already linked!

Any ideas?

Same here with Chrome, which is the only browser able to cast to a Chromecast Audio… Seemed to work with Firefox for me, but that unfortunately is useless.

Did you try closing out that Chrome and re-opening? Sometimes Chrome caches stuff weirdly.

Mine’s certainly got nothing to do with Chrome. I’d closed down & restarted everything on both the Plex client machine and my Plex server itself. It’s still the same this morning. In my account setting shows Tidal is linked, but if I try to actually use it then it comes back telling me it’s not.

I have the same issue. “Not linked” in web and “not available” from iOS.

Try going to tidal and unlinking it. Then relink. I had a very similar issue. Plex showed that I had the account. But, when I tried using it, it kept telling me it was not linked.

Thanks - worked for me too. I was hesitant to try that, as I’d only subscribed to Tidal through Plex in the first place. Some conformation that it worked for others gave me the confidence to try it though and it did the trick.
