After linking my Tidal account, when I change to TIDAL (it says Online) from the sources drop list (in the Web Client) I get a message saying “Account not linked”. Clicking learn more takes me to the other services page on the Plex website and it says “TIDAL Account linked”. Using re-authorize doesn’t resolve the issue. Unlinking then re-linking doesn’t resolve the issue. If I go to My Account then Settings, I see “Lifetime Plex Pass + TIDAL HiFi”.
Tried from the iOS, I change to TIDAL on the Sourced drop list and get “TIDAL is Unavailable”.
I logged out of Plex on my PC, shut down and restarted PMS, relogged in. Re-linked Tidal several times. All looks fine until I actually select TIDAL.
Any ideas on this one?
edit: Resolved by rebooting, then unlinking and re-linking one more time. Not sure if the reboot was required for this, but it’s now fixed.
