Tidal - Adding Songs To Server - Songs Title Not Matching

Hello

I’m having a bit of a weird issue
Whenever I play a song directly on the Tidal website => zero issue
When I play the same song on Plex directly through the Tidal source => zero issue

However whenever I add that album to my server (by right clicking and select the option “Add to My SERVER-NAME” and then play the same songs => then the issue comes up

And by issue I mean that the songs being played and the songs title are not matching at all

  • So instead of listening to song number 4 of that album, it’s actually song number 6 playing
  • And it does that randomly but for an insane amount of albums

Not sure what is causing this especially as when I play directly that same album through Plex (without adding it to my server), it plays perfectly fine, without any issues

Anyone has any idea as to what might be causing this please ?

By chance, is this happening for any album you add, or does that album happen to be multi-disc?

Ohh you’re right, it happens mostly when it’s multi disc albums
I say mostly because there are still one disc album for which is does happen

You’ve noticed that issue before on your side @Noah0504 ?

Yes, and the issue has been posted a few times, but never with a resolution.

Of course, if this is happening on single disc albums, then the issue may not be exactly the same!
