I just upgraded my PMS to v1.19.1.2589 and now Tidal will only let me preview every song for 30 seconds. I currently pay the $18.99 for the TIDAL HiFi subscription.
Yes, I visit the URL of https://app.plex.tv/desktop (Chrome) and try to play Tidal. It’s like the upgrade made it so my current Tidal subscription is not seen anymore and I’m treated as if I do not have a subscription.
Any thoughts? Anyone? THX!
Well, I would suggest unlinking and re-linking your TIDAL account with Plex, but it sounds like your subscription is through Plex, so that probably isn’t possible.
Not sure if your issue is related, but others have been posting (myself included) about issues with TIDAL and Plex as well.
EDIT: Is this with songs under the TIDAL library or with TIDAL albums you’ve added to your music library?
My subscription is through Plex. I know I had to unlink and re-link my Tidal with my Plex account before, but this time when I went to go unlink and re-link, that option is gone from the PMS.
I have not added any Tidal albums to my music library. This is when I click to view the Tidal library. There is even a huge banner across the top that tells me how great Tidal is and to learn more at plex.tv
When I go to view my subscriptions at plex.tv, it shows that I have the HiFi subscription, but the only options on that page are to let me either cancel the subscription or downgrade.

I had to do it to get TIDAL to work after linking it. Of course, I had to do it to every client…
Ahh, when I went to the link you provided:

there was a link to re-authorize Tidal. I clicked on the re-authorize link, entered my Tidal password and I was back up and running again. I’ll have to remember that re-authorize link exists the next time a server upgrade boots me out of Tidal.
