I wanted to replace my local music media (my music library) with just Tidal artists and albums.
This works great for me, however my other home users who also are part of my Tidal family plan don’t see anything in the music library, only the Tidal library itself.
Is this correct? Would like to have been able to curate a Music library which is available to the family.
Yes, this is as expected.
This is unfortunately not possible. Plex has unfortunately no support for the Tidal Family Plan. It is unknown whether or when this may change.
Well my other home users have access to Tidal through my Plex server, so there must be at least limited support?
i.e. they have the Tidal family account linked to their Plex accounts, and it works.
As I said: the Tidal family plan is not directly supported. It’d need an additional licensing agreement. That is all I know about it.
