Tidal family Plan

Hey there,
I tried tidal for Plex and have to say that I am flashed and really like this feature. Now I have contacted the tidal support because I like to upgrade my free plan to a family plan. This is not offered yet by plex, so the tidal support told me to cancel the plex subscription and book it on the tidal page. I have cancelled the subscription inside plex, but I still cannot book a plan in tidal. It is saying that the subscription is managed via Plex.
Can anyone help me getting the family plan into plex, that Not only one user but 5 can access the music?

Please contact billing. Canceling is only canceling the automatic renewal and it should expire whenever that will happen. I don’t want to tell you incorrect info. You can use this form to contact billing https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing

Please note that Plex still doesn’t support the Family Plex even if you get it from Tidal. To take advantage of that, you would need to create multiple Plex accounts, and link each Tidal family plan member to a specific Plex account. These need to be full Plex accounts. You cannot link a Tidal account to a managed user.

Thank you for your answers, guys. That’s really great. I have decided to stay with the basic tidal subscription until it is possible to link a tidal family license to a plex user without Plex Pass.

A Plex Pass subscription is not required on a Plex account to link to an existing TIDAL account/subscription (billed through TIDAL itself). You can absolutely use a free Plex account to link to an existing TIDAL subscription.

We’re actively working to expose the ability to “restart” a cancelled TIDAL subscription through Plex, but that is not yet available, sorry. Once your current trial period ends (2019-01-06, it looks like), you can start a new subscription, either through us or through TIDAL itself. Apologies for any inconvenience.
