I’m having issues with the Tidal integration and hope someone can help.
I can manually add Tidal content to my Plex library and stream Tidal through Plexamp, but that’s about it. According to this support article (https://support.plex.tv/articles/enhance-a-plex-music-library-with-tidal/
), there should be Tidal recommendations, missing albums filled in, discovery radio, and music videos.
I’ve tested this on Plexamp and Plex on three Android devices, the web app on Windows and Chrome, iPadOS, and Samsung TV (Tizen OS). I also tried two different Tidal accounts: one through Tidal and one through Plex, and these features are missing everywhere. I already tried restarting the server and logging out of the clients.
