I think I’m experiencing the same issues as described here but it’s marked as fixed yet I’m still experiencing the issue on the latest stable & beta versions (updated to see if it was a pending fix).
Unsure which logs to include to help out here but I’m happy to provide anything required to debug.
I assumed it may take a day to sync all the Tidal stuff since when I purchased Tidal yesterday I was getting nothing but errors and “Something went wrong” when using plexamp or plex web - Now I can stream tidal songs but they don’t appear inline with my existing library & songs do not appear in artist radio stations. It would be good to have a warning or even a fake progress bar saying “syncing” when the integration is being setup & configured. I mainly purchased Tidal for discovering new/old releases from artists already in my library.
There is nothing synced to your local server.
When you’re entering an artist page on your local server, or when you’re doing a global search, the Tidal systems are queried live about whether they have an artist by that name.
Only after the Tidal service has responded, the results are inserted into the Plex interface.
Maybe you should linger a bit longer?
Tidal results are also going to appear below the local results, while your screenshots are all cut off below the Popular tracks hub (which itself will only show local content).
