I added Tidal, played around with it for a while, and decided I like it enough to upgrade to the HiFi plan. Now I can’t access it via Plex, regardless of where I try.
I also can’t figure out where to email for support, since this doesnt seem to be a software or server issue.
I had some issues with Tidal as well. I unlinked it and then relinked it. I also signed out of Plex on Android phone, iPad, webapp. That fixed the issue for me.
