Yes correct plays for only 30 seconds
Sorry for asking all these questions I just want to add everything I can to bug report. Your account on back end shows the Tidal sub is active so I am just trying to figure out if another back end thing or an issue with the player apps.
Have you tried in other Plex apps besides the web app in browser?
Have you tried it in a different browser?
Have you signed out of Plex app in browser and back in?
I have tried all the above and nothing working
