Tidal sub not activated

I have been told by billing tech that my tidal is active but it is not n have done there technical troubleshooting but i still have no tidal on my plex as active.I even contacted Tidal but they said to contact plex.when i attempt to even click on subscription for tidal with plex it gives me a 500 Error

I’m not sure where you are clicking. You cannot link your Tidal account to your Plex account here?

Im not ayre what your statung but yiu can link your tidal account with plex in my account but doesnt work

I am asking you on what page are you seeing the error. Is it the page I linked?

Its when i click on tidal subscription within my plex server app it sends me to the plex webpage n i get a sorry for inconvenience 500 error page .It will not allow me to get into the page

Can you try relinking your Tidal account at https://clients.plex.tv/users/other-services

I have tried multiple times and even with billing tech dept .At end they said go to forum n an emplyee can help.it doesnt work

Did you try after I just asked you to? or do you mean previously? It does not look like you are getting 500 errors anymore so I need to figure out where other errors are happening

No im not getting the error anymore but no matter what i try can get the tidal n plex linked

When you click the relink and you enter you Tidal account into what happens now? If you are not getting error anymore is it just going back to the previous screen?

It says successfully linked and also get an email stating its been linked but when i click on music n tidal comes up with in plex it says you dont have a subscription

Just to be sure. Is the Recommeded tab empty as well? If something is there and you choose “add to my Tidal” does it work

Then final result im supposed to have tidal with plex as im subscribed to it but seems its not linking to my account nor my server

OK thanks. and also to be sure. If you play that DJ Jazzy Jeff album it only plays for 30 seconds or a whole song?
