Tidal subscription vanished after linking with Plex

I can confirm that, Tidal subscription works on Tidal app. But on Plex, I still couldn’t use Tidal.
I tried relinking Tidal
Unlink and the link Tidal
Disabled and Enabled Music under Online Sources

I’m not sure if you are saying it is working now or not after going through the steps you just mentioned.

It is not working even after trying those. Tidal app is fine though

But how do I solve this exactly?
As right now both my previous and new Tidal account have no subscription, cancelled subscription for now as it was up for renewal soon.

If it still does not work for @Mugunth_Kumar then there must be some other aspect of this issue that is not fixed yet, I let the team know and they are trying to find out with Tidal folks what might be still might be happening.

Relinked to old account just now and subscription is showing up again both in Tidal and Plex :smiley:
Will keep it there till expiry and resub on new account.

Did try this before without result so guessing something got fixed.

I can confirm that Tidal now works on Plex too. You need to logout and login back again.
Some of the steps that I tried previously

I tried relinking Tidal
Unlink and the link Tidal
Disabled and Enabled Music under Online Sources
Restarting PMS

Not sure if they are required though.
