2 days ago my TIDAL account was upgraded to TIDAL HIFI for free. Since then I cannot access TIDAL content neither in the Plex app on my Android phone, nor on Android TV.
I had a similar problem(and still am having issues). I cancelled Tidal then recently re-subscribed but the content in Plex still showed like I wasn’t subscribed and I could only hear previews.
When I cleared my cache on my browser it cleared up some of the issue. You may want to try just opening plex in a private tab first to see if it helps.
Now it seems fine in Windows / Web browser but still not on Android phone and Android TV. It is quite annoying as i use my Android TV to listen to music.
