I found that titles (even locked) of series episodes disappear after adding new episodes. Title sort are not affected.
Is this a bug?

I add an episode every week and every time all episode titles disapear. Why?

MP4/M4V file loaded with bogus Title metadata - and Local Media Assets in the top Agent Slot
(been over this before - many times)
Phineas & Ferb - Not Phineas and Ferb 
Now I just have to unlock all title fields. As is they are now left blank. But thats okay
