Titles not getting updated even after removing the properties

I have got some advice before on this and i have removed the title from the properties on windows machine and tried updating the plex libraries but i have to manually go and update each file in plex media server. Is there a different way to do this or am i doing something wrong??

This show has no data for season 4 on TheTVDB


So Plex has nothing which it can use to replace the incorrect titles with.
