Maybe Tivo is a thing of the past. I hope not… Anyway, the Plex app could sure use an update. Is this being considered? At all? True that while I have the Plex app on my Xbox and it seems to be awesome, for the convenience, it would be nice if the app on Tivo was as robust. Thanks for considering this request.
That should explain your issue. TiVo and a handful of other manufacturers have kind of left their customers behind. I wish I had a better answer for you but I don’t think any of these companies are going to do anything about this and it’s entirely out of Plex’s control.
