I’ve recently upgrade to Plex Pass and set up the Extras and Trailer features. Everything worked nice!
Extras are nicely viewed and I can acces them.
Except Plex won’t show trailers when I start up a movie. If I include Cinema Trailers from movies in my library it does play those, but it won’t play online trailers.
I have tried and reset everything but it doesn’t seem to get working again…

Any reason you’re not using The Movie Database scanner? Not sure if this would make a difference to the problem you are facing but I don’t know if trailers are supported in the web app.
Yes trailers are supported in the web app. I have tested this before.
I have the same result in the tvOS app and the iOS app.
It seems that the Plex Movie Scanner has the features to search online for trailers.
I have tried and switched it to The Movie Database Scanner but this doesn’t help.
As I was saying, the trailer feature does work if I use the option ‘Include cinema trailers from movies in my library’ but if I don’t use that option I go straight to the pre-roll video.
If I choose to show trailers from Blu-ray the player does play trailers when I start a movie:

Plex recently identified a bug preventing cinema trailers from working. Trailers from your regular collection should still work, which I see you’ve disabled, so you will not see any trailers until this can be fixed. I do not have an ETA.
