Hi everyone, I just subscribed to Plex Pass, and correct me if I’m wrong, I thought one of the benefits was to get the option of trailers for the movies in my library, I restarted the app and re-signed in, but still don’t see it.
Am I missing something here?

“Edit” a library on the left panel. Go to Advanced. Enable the desired extras
If you just subscribed, it helps to restart your server once, so it contacts plex.tv. This way it is made aware that your subscription status has changed.
If you want all the trailers and extras for movies which are already in your library, you need to refresh the movies/the library.

It seems to work for content added after subscribing but not for existing content. Should I just rename the main folder and rename it back?

No.
You need to Refresh those movies.
If you used TheMovieDatabase before to ‘match’ movies, there is also a small change in the agent configuration necessary:
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
‘check’ the line ‘Plex Movie’
