'Trailers is unavailable. Please try later' on certain media

Hi,

I've been at this on and off for almost a week now.

I can access PlexConnect via Trailers on ATV2.

I can even play certain things which I have in My Plex Library via AppleTV.

However, when I try to play other items (all stored on the same External HDD) I get the below error.

Plex know they are there, and for example with TV shows it even displays how many episodes there are per season.

However, when I go to access one of the seasons I get the above error.

I running:

Plex Media Server - 0.9.8.18.290

PlexConnect (which I believe is latest version)

OSX 10.9.1

Apple TV 2 - with latest software update

Here's the contents of my Settings.cfg file

[PlexConnect]
port_pms = 32400
port_webserver = 80
ip_plexconnect = 0.0.0.0
certfile = ./assets/certificates/trailers.pem
ip_dnsmaster = 8.8.8.8
loglevel = Normal
enable_dnsserver = True
logpath = .
ip_pms = 192.168.178.10
enable_plexgdm = True
hosttointercept = trailers.apple.com
port_ssl = 443
enable_webserver_ssl = True
prevent_atv_update = True
port_dnsserver = 53
enable_plexconnect_autodetect = True

And here's my log from Terminal

What is your PMS on?

What is your PMS on?

Not sure what you mean? I'm running PMS 0.9.8.18.290 from my iMac with OSX 10.9.1.

Your log misses the SSL Server...

Baa, thanks for your reply. Is there any guidance on fixing this?

No... with the Settings.cfg you posted this wouldn't happen.

>>enable_webserver_ssl = True

Forgive me, I don't get it?

I'm inclined at this point to just uninstall and start from scratch.

Well, I have NO idea, why the SSL Server is not starting up. Nothing in the shown log that indicate anything going wrong. The Settings file seems to be ok as well.

From my point of view, there are only two options:

- the Settings file shown is not the one used (different directory)

- the shown log is not the complete one - there a lines missing

Btw... don't cut and paste the terminal output, grab the file "PlexConnect.log" and attach it.

OK, here's the log file...

oh, please log level=High.
