Trailers logging

I’m having issues getting Trailers to play. This happens both on the Windows PC that I have plex server running on and on multiple Roku devices.

I can open a browser, log into plex server site, go to a movie and click the trailer icon and I just get a spinning icon like it’s loading but nothing happens. Doesn’t time out… nothing.

If I try to view a trailer from a Roku (both local network and external network) I get a “Multiple playback error” msg after it times out.

Is there logging that detects that a trailer request was made? Will it show errors if it fails? Where should I be looking?

Server Version#: 1.32.1.6999-91e1e2e2c
No firewall running. Nothing blocked that I know of anywhere else, but if there is a domain or ip that plex goes to for trailers what is that? I can search the registry maybe and see if it’s being blocked by something other than a firewall.

Any other suggestions on what I should try/look for?

Not much help with trailers I guess… lol… anyway, I finally figured it out in case anyone runs into this.

My clock somehow got changed and the time/date was way off. It looks like it thought I made the request longer than whatever the timeout is for the video to be available. Fixed my time, fixed my access to trailers.
