I have Plex pass and it will not play ANY trailers on ANY of my devices. This isn’t delegated to only my Windows Plex app. It’s also happening on my Firestick, my HTPC (using Kodi’s Plex app), and my Plex phone (Android) app. Is this a known issue?
Not that I’ve seen. Please provide the log from PMS after recreating the issue.

I’ve attached the complete logs, is this sufficient? Any help is appreciated.
I see an error in your log. The request to the trailer provider isn’t working. Are you using a VPN or a proxy server? Something is redirecting the requests so it never gets the trailer video back.
No, neither. This is happening on the Plex app on the PC, the Kodi frontend with Plex running on it, and my Firestick.
It’s an issue with the server.
Try signing out from the server. Reboot the computer, then sign back in.
Still nothing. I signed out, restarted, signed in again. Could it be a port forwarding issue? I assume not since the server is accessible.

Edit: well, that’s not it as I’ve forwarded both ports.
So after opening the ports, I did another test, still not working. However, depending on the client I am using (Firefox Vs the Windows application), I get different situations. The log attached should show both (one attempted playing Toy Story 4 trailer and the other was a trailer for Samsara). The Samsara trailer shows it playing on the “Activity Dashboard” of Plex, when I am using the Windows application. However, trying to play it using the Firefox web portal, it comes up with the error. I’ve attached the most recent logs with both of those trailers in there.

Edit: Scratch that, they both show on the dashboard as “playing” the trailers…
Holy ■■■■, I am so dumb. I read the tutorial and it said to have Windows sync the time. I assumed I had already done that. I didn’t. They work now. Sorry for wasting your time!
Glad you figured it out. So the system time on your server was wrong?
Yeah, that’s right. The FAQ about trailers had the solution, but I figured I had it set to auto update but I guess I hadn’t/
My server time was off by 12 minutes, but that was enough. Reset to the correct time and works perfectly now.
