Trailers not playing/not supported

have done various searching and cannot find a solution to this problem. The rest of the system works perfectly fine, but none of the extras (especially trailers) will play. Though all the extra thumbnails show up, they just don't play. Log file (zip) included and any help appreciated … thanks in advance
