so i have a carefully curated Trailers collection, but upon getting the Plex Pass i now see trailers that are definitely not in my collection.
how do i make this stop, and just play local trailers…? i’ve tried playing with the settings a little, but honestly, i’m a bit dumb when it comes to these things

I take it you might want to disable/uncheck Find trailers and extras automatically (Plex Pass required) in the advanced library settings

i cannot see that setting in the Library Settings, however, in the Extras tab i see…
〇 Include Cinema Trailers from media in my library
〇 Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in cinemas (Plex Pass only)
〇 Include Cinema Trailers from up and coming bluray (Plex Pass only)
i have the first one only checked.
if i uncheck it i get no trailers at all.
having it checked plays trailers that aren’t in my collection.
i kinda have to assume this is a “suck it up, princess” thing and i’ll just have to deal with it. i don’t see any other options
I was talking about the actual library settings… not the server settings 
On your server homepage, hover over the library name in the navigation and select ... > Manage Library > Edit...
The option mentioned above should be on the Advanced tab of the Edit Libary dialog.
