Trailers unavailable try again later... need help

Hi all

I´m new here and i need some help about work my pleconnect with Apple TV 3.

i instaled plec with this instructions

but when i try to use received this message -> Trailers unavailable try again later

 

i attached my commad ..maybe i doing something wrong?

i don´t edit any .cfg file, i need it?

Did you generate and load certs on your Apple TV? Do you have plex media server installed? Please post a complete issue report so everyone can help you asap:
