Hi Everyone,
I just set up my apple tv 3 and media server with plex connect, followed all the directions and got the certs set up and all. I go to Trailers and it tries for a little bit and then says it is unavailable. Does anyone know what I could do to fix this?

Post all the information as requested in the pinned "READ BEFORE POSTING" thread,specifically the section on "how to report a problem" without this informatiuon everyone is just guessing what might be happening.
But in saying that, the first thing to look at it did the certificate load correctly on the ATV?
Here is the python window. I've attached a txt file on here. I got the certificates to load once, and it was saying this unable to connect to trailers. I removed the certs and now I can't get them back on there. I just sits there and says "Adding Profile". I've got the DNS set correctly. I have plexconnect running and the media server. Not sure what else to do?

With out the Profile on the ATV plexconnect cannot work, so thats the first thing you need to fix. If you cant get the Network process to work, try using a USB method.

Here is the Network method
I also would use “yourip/trailer.cer” (no http prefix) without the quotes and replace yourip with you os ip for example I use:
192.168.1.101/trailers.cer
