Problem: receiving 'Trailers unavailable' message on AppleTV when attempting to access. PlexConnect had been operating as recently as this weekend

I've tried reinstalling python, reinstalling PlexConnect(hence the recent date for folder noted above), reinstalling cert on Apple TV
It’s usually something so simple it’s almost stupid. Reboot your router. Recheck your servers IP. Etc.
Did it break when you updated something?
Did you delete the old profile on the ATV before adding the new one?
Nothing updated prior to breaking that I’m aware of
I deleted old profile before adding the new
Try hard coding you PMS IP in settings.cfg.
Make sure you power cycle the ATV between changes.
