I have added trailers using Trailer Addict. They will play fine if All Movies is selected. However, when I select Only Unwatched Movies, no trailers will play. I have updated the server to the most recent version and I am using the Plex app on my PlayStation 4. Has anyone else had this issue or know of anything I can do to make the unwatched option function properly?
same problem. was just googling hoping someone else posted about this. I first noticed it on the new roku client and thought it might be limited to that.
tested on my pc on the web app with the same result.
Im using “all movies” in the interim, but prefer the former, and is what ive always used previously.
heres to hoping the plex team knows about it and pushes a fix.
it seems it wont pull any trailers at all, however if you check the box to include trailers from your library, it will pull those. So its somehow interacting/disabling upcoming/blu ray trailers if you use the “unwatched” option.
is there a place to file bug reports so this gets seen?
