The I’m using Windows 10 and and version 1.13.4.5271 and I’m getting constant transcode errors on ever movie I play. It will play for a little bit and then just stop. Tried on multiple devices in both .mkv and .mp4 containers and several different movies. Does anyone have a clue on where to start?
I’ve set my transcode folder to my Plex folder and turned on verbose logging.

I think it just gives more details for debugging.
I think it’s fixed! I managed to stumble upon this thread which suggested Windows updates could have caused the issue so I went back and and checked and I had that same update applied. I ran another Windows update and now it appears to be working!
Note: I’m very new to plex, as in I just installed the server last week after the update broke the transcoder. lol Hopefully Plex turns out to be much more stable going forward… haha
