I double check the performance monitor, while i see the transcoder cpu usages the GPU isn’t doing nothing.
i already tried to remove the nvidia driver an reinstall it.
My hardware setup is:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz (with Intel Quicksync)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (Driver: 391.95)
OS: Windows 10 (Build 17134)
