Transcoder constantly crashing after 30 seconds to 4 minutes

Plex Media Server Logs_2021-02-14_12-01-04.zip (1.6 MB)

Logs attached, non-verbose. I recently acquired a new video card, the RTX3070. Previously I had an RTX2060. Windows has also been recently fully reinstalled, right after I upgraded. Since then constant transcode crashes have occurred during playback on both the server PC and also TV’s/Android devices. I have searched these forums but have been unable to resolve the issue. All drivers are up to date. I do not have Plex Pass to disable hardware acceleration and I suspect this may be the cause of the issue due to new hardware. I don’t see anything in the logs but I’m also not 100% sure of what I’m looking at.

I have also tried this with multiple media types, IE files and the same thing occurs. Do I just need to wait for a Plex update or is there something I have missed? Any help is appreciated.

I should also mention I checked Event Viewer and found the following.

libx264_encoder.dll

Exception Code : 0xc0000005

Seems to be an audio issue. The only ones crashing have “unknown MP3 audio” in them. I’ll investigate further.

On further testing, even videos with AAC and recognized formats crashed. I’m stumped.

This is from Event Viewer if it helps. I can’t find much with this either.
