Transcoder crashes when using subtitles

Hello

I have a Freenas running the PMS plugin, two Samsung smart TV’s with PMP. No matter which player I use, when I enable subtitles, the transcoder crashes. Even when playing in the web portal. With some movies, the subtitles work, but with most, the transcoder crashes. I’ve added my server log, which I downloaded right after the crash happened:

Welcome to the club. There’s quite a few of us experiencing this. I started having issues on my Freenas box with the first release of 1.18. Still waiting for a fix. I had to revert to 1.17 to get it working again. Did you try 1.18.4.2171?

I have just updated to Version 1.18.3.2156, but the problem persists, so no luck there.

I am currently on version 1.18.6.2368, but the problem still persists Plex Media Server.log (1.1 MB)
I still have no clue as to what could cause this error.
Any help is very much appreciated

I checked the logs and I have exactly the same issues as described in this topic:

do you by any chance know where I can find the 1.17 release? It’s very annoying that it’s still not fixed

It is fixed. Or rather it took some tinkering and a little help from a few guys to figure it out. Check my other thread. I’m using the latest version (1.18.7.2415) right now and it works great.
