Transcoder Error on One Channel when i use hdhomerun connect with PMS

Hello,
Here is my materials
1-hdhomerun connect
2-Plex Media Server
3-Nvidia shield tv
I would like to know, why when I watch a TV channel set with plex media server, I always have a transcoder error on this channel ?
And when I use the main program of HDhomerun all function very well.
