Oh, strange. I’m not running the server on the shield, and the issue happens whether I’m transcoding or not, on all devices I’ve tried. I also tried downgrading my server and it made no difference. It could be a different issue. Appreciate the response/heads up regardless.

Are you forcing transcode on the Shield? That’s when I’ve seen issues (required for plex web).
