After purchasing Lifetime Plex I throught I would add livetv to the setup, primarily to be able to access my channels while on the road. So I added a HDHomerun to the setup as this was listed as fully supported.
Locally the setup worked out of the box on the phone, utilizing DirectPlay, however at a bitrate around 30-40Mbps. However switching to mobile internet, the stream tries to load, but fails. Looking in the logs, I see the following errors repeated serveral times

Investigating further, if I force transcoding on local connections, by requireing lower bandwidths either on the app or by server settings I see the same issue.
I’m at a loss how to proceed on this
