Transcoder(HW) crashes when quality is reduced

Hi,

I am trying to take advantage of the hardware encoding for my home server. I bought a gtx 1050ti, installed drivers, and enabled the hardware transcoding in the settings.
When playing a video and plex defaults to Convert (Maximum) it’s working fine and indicated so in the dashboard with the (hw).
However when I drop the quality intentionally the video stream crashes.
Here are the logs: removed as they could contain personal data

Any ideas about what is going on?

Edit: I forgot to mention, with HW transcoding disabled everything is working fine. On top of that HW transcoding is working just fine on my android device(dropping the quality and all that stuff).
