Plex Hardware Transcoding Keeps Crashing When Transcoding under 1080p - Quadro p2000

My server keeps refusing to transcode anything under 1080p quality without the transcoder crashing and giving me this error:

Feb 12, 2022 18:41:47.898 [5872] WARN - [Transcode/hrkxf3acz4qd7pdpcjw9tp57] Transcode runner appears to have died.
Feb 12, 2022 18:41:47.913 [9344] WARN - [Transcode/hrkxf3acz4qd7pdpcjw9tp57] Transcode runner appears to have died.

The issue seems to be directly related to hardware transcoding and is happening across server installs.

Anyone? I am stunned we’re getting no support from devs on this issue and we’re being pushed aside. Especially considering this is only happening to Plex Pass users.
