Hi, I get the below error when trying to transcode any content from my friend’s server.
‘an error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again’
It happens on all my devices (with and without vpn) with all media and has been ongoing for a month or so now. Direct play works fine and other users can transcode the same content without any issues.
Tried tweaking settings and reinstalling clients with no success.
All my clients are up to date and it seems to be an account issue, any ideas what could be causing it?
