I’m VERY sorry.
Minor typo on my part.
sudo find . -name EasyAudioEncoder\* -print -exec rm -rf {} \;
Adding the wildcard gets everything we need (all things named “EasyAccessEncoder*.*”

Alright that worked!
No errors anymore for now, I’ll go ahead and use the server as-is and continue to monitor it. I honestly have no idea which video files have an eac3 audio stream, so I’ll browse around my files with mediainfo and see if I can find anything. Til then, I’ll hope that removing the codecs fixed the issue!
I’ll also just go ahead and delete the Library.new and the test server since it can always be recreated in the future with the same steps.
Thanks so much for your help, Chuck! I’ll just reply here if the issue comes up again within 3 months.
