Transfer metadata from Windows Plex Media Server to my new Zyxel NAS326

I am trying to transfer all my media files from Windows Plex Media Server to my new Zyxel NAS326. I have painstakingly transferred all the video files, but now my library is back to the standard, without my changed titles and posters. How can I transfer these? I found a guide for copying and pasting the metadata, and I found the metadata on Windows. But I cannot find anywhere on my NAS to drop them.

Seems like almost all folders are hidden from me (?) because when I am adding libraries on Plex, there are so many folders showing up. How can I access these on the NAS control page?
