Trascoding 4k to 1080p or less problems

Plex Media Server NAS & Devices

Server Version#: 1.40.1.8120
Player Version#: 4.127.1

My setup is:

Plex Pass Actived
Beta Tester on Android ON
Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019 + 250GB ssd (used for internal storage)
UnRaid for the media folders
All cable (no wifi)

Everytime I try to transcode a 4K movie I get this error:

No problems If I transcode 1080p to 720 o less…

Tried to deactivate “HDR tone mapping” in the Server Options (Settings - General - Transcoder)?

Most of us Have Problems with that. I dont Like it either but at this moment HDR tone mapping doesnt Work in Synology NAS. Hope there is a possibility that this could bei fixed technically soon.
