Tried to look switch between NAS server and computer server and Plexamp lost site of computer?

Server Version#: 4.116.1
Player Version#: Plexamp 4.9.2

I am setting up a NAS. I wanted to test out the NaS connection (Synology) to my Plexamp remotely. When I opened Plexamp and saw two options (computer =Shartbox, NAS=Jukebox) and chose Jukebox, Shartbox completely disappeared. Once I was off my local network I couldn’t access anything on Jukebox (I still have some stuff to figure out) but couldn’t switch back to Shartbox. I had to uninstall the app, then reinstall it, while turning off remote access for Juke.

Why can’t I just flop back and forth between the two?

I don’t understand where you’re trying to switch between the two, but you have an issue with “Shartbox” not being properly configured to be available remotely:

Make sure your Plex web page is showing it green and accessible, and if it is, then your mobile carrier might be blocking and you should change to a port other than 32400 like 443 or 8443.
