Trouble accessing media after Windows 10 Reinstallation

Yesterday I had to re-install Windows 10, but keeping my personal files.

I reinstalled Plex on my PC, logged into my account but now my Films and TV Series tabs have an exclamation file and it say that my computer is not available at the moment.

I read the following article, deleted the registry entries, logged in again and the problem still occurs.

Can anybody help me out?
