Hello…
I have someone that is suddenly having trouble reaching my Plex server via their internet provider (WOW) – from their Roku app and Mobile Phone. If they disconnect from WiFi on their mobile phone it works fine. We’ve uninstalled the Roku app, disconnected and re-linked the account multiple times but still no luck. They are able to view the free Roku provided media while connected to their WOW provider…just Not My Plex Server.
Not having this issue with anyone else using Roku app and a different ISP (Xfinity, Spectrum etc)
WOW must have some kind of firewall as part of their cable modem/router setup?!?
Any thoughts appreciated!
