Trouble Streaming 1080p

So this is a new issue to me as I have recently acquired a Blu-ray reader to start my collection for Plex. For instance A Dark Knight Rises, ripped with MakeMKV, shows original quality as 28.0 mbps. Running MKV files only and only noticed this issue now. Doesn’t show any errors but screen has some artifacts, stops playing, then sometimes changes from full screen play to wide screen .
Specs:

6700K oc’ed to 4.5
16GB DDR4
970 sli (don’t think this maters)
7400 RPM External HD
Win 10

In task manager network shows around 50 mbps in send column. Running off Wireless N.
Transcoder quality - Make my CPU hurt - barely hits 5% while ripping blu-rays.
Secure connections - disabled
Direct play and stream enabled

Long time lurker but first post looking for advice if anyone can offer any! Thanks in advance.

Also would like to add while watching Interstellar at 1080p, same issue but changing quality from 23 mbps 1080p original to 12 mbps 1080p solved this issues. But aspect ratio kept changing randomly from full to wide screen? Bad rip?

So seem to have fixed the issue. Some setting on my Vizio went wonky after a firmware update so good to go for now it seems.

It appears you are trying to play full Bluray rips.
Wire up your server and your clients.
Wireless will always be wonky, as the bandwidth number they’re putting on the box is not and can not be guaranteed.
