Upgraded server Plex was on, installed current version of Plex, reconnected to server content, shared library with folk who previously had access to server. They accepted invite, can see shared server name but not the libraries on that server.
They’ve checked under “Manage Library Access” as well as out on the home screen > More menu. Screenshots confirm they have the server name listed but no libraries showing within server. They’ve checked both via FireFox browser access as well as Windows desktop app access (both programs which saw, and streamed from, prior server just two days ago before upgrade (all that changed was increase to drive size).
I have Plex Pass as the sharing party, which all the help / troubleshooting texts I’ve come across indicate should be all that’s needed for others to be able to stream once library shared.
What am I missing?
