Trouble with Plex for Android

Hi. I have Plex for android on usual android TV BOX. When I try to switch standart wired headphones - then there is no sound in films and serials. I hear clicks when select series or use menu of player, but no films sounds. On Plex for Android I do not see settings for audio autput, AND, as I wrote above - i can hear clicks when browse menu… Other applications on tv box switch to headphones without any problem.

If you are seeing the Android TV UI, try turning off the pass-through option.

I did it… No any changes. I found way myself. Just disable AC3 in plex for android settings and all ok.

If you are seeing the option to disable AC3, that is not the Android TV UI. That is the regular TV layout. There isn’t a pass-through option, so I am confused what you did.

Probably the standard Android app on a magicom or the likes (similar to the firetv app), not the true android tv version (shieldtv app).
He is getting what I get on my s3 phone and FireTV UI.

But it works (in plex for android setting), after disable - sound works well. that’s all :slight_smile:
